1. Information used by the free test
The 35 answers and score calculation are processed in the user’s browser. If you use only the free test and do not start a purchase, individual answers are not stored in the order database.
Progress and a limited local event history may be stored in the browser’s localStorage so that the test can continue on the same device. This data can be removed through browser settings.
2. Information sent when purchasing a report
When the purchase button is selected, the following summary is sent to the server to select and deliver the personalized report:
- Primary result type.
- Attachment-anxiety and attachment-avoidance scores.
- The IDs and scores of the three highest-response scored items.
- The ID and score of one lowest-response scored item.
- Selected interface locale.
The complete word-for-word history of all 35 answers is not stored as an order record.
3. Payment information
Payment is processed through Stripe’s hosted Checkout. This site does not receive or store full card numbers, security codes, or bank authentication credentials. After payment, order management may store the Checkout Session ID, PaymentIntent ID, order ID, payment status, amount, currency, purchase time, customer email provided by Stripe, and a hash of the private report token.
4. Purposes of processing
- To create and deliver the purchased digital report through a private URL.
- To verify payment status and resolve duplicate charges or delivery errors.
- To help recover a report link and respond to support requests.
- To prevent fraud and protect the payment and report systems.
- To improve the test and purchase journey using aggregated data that does not include individual answer content.
- To meet payment, accounting, and legal requirements.
5. Service providers
Stripe and Link
Used for payment processing, authentication, receipts, and transaction support. Their processing is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Cloudflare
Used for site delivery, security, Worker functions, and the D1 order database. Network information such as IP address and request metadata may be processed by Cloudflare.
6. Retention
Payment and accounting records are kept for the period required to manage transactions and meet applicable obligations. Report summary data is kept as long as reasonably necessary to provide continuing access to the purchased report. Data that is no longer required may be deleted or anonymized after security and retention obligations are reviewed.
7. Private report URLs
A report URL does not directly contain an email address, attachment style, scores, or answers. It uses a high-entropy token, and the database stores the token hash used for verification. Anyone who obtains the URL may be able to view the report, so keep it private.
8. Sharing and analytics
Public sharing uses a general result label and non-sensitive description. Private report URLs, two-dimensional scores, answers, and email addresses are not automatically posted. Analytics events include locale and funnel steps but must not include individual answers or report content.
9. Security
Controls include encrypted transport, hard-to-guess report tokens, webhook signature verification, minimum necessary data, private cache headers, and noindex directives. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
10. Access, correction, and deletion requests
Requests concerning purchase records or report data can be sent to support@aichaku-style.com. Identity and any required retention obligations will be checked before action is taken.
11. Updates
This policy may be updated when product features, providers, payment methods, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be shown on this page.
